Terms and Conditions
- Please ensure that you are satisfied with the
items you are placing the order for.
- We advise customers to test a small area
you want to colour.
- Please allow 7 to 14 days delivery.
- Items not in stock can take up to 6 weeks
for delivery, in extreme situations.
- We aim to deliver goods within 2 working
days by Royal Mail First class post or
special Courier Service.
- Every order will be carefully dealt with.
- All items are carefully examined prior to
despatch.
- Availability of some items and their
shades cannot always be guaranteed.
- Refund will be given if your order cannot
be made.
- Postage and packaging charges for orders
will be for mainland UK only
- We only ship to mainland UK, all shipments
to overseas will need to be arranged and a
shipping charged worked out before you
place an order, any orders that do not
meet this criteria will not be despatched
and you will be refunded the full amount
you have been charged
- All orders received on Friday after 2.30pm
will be despatched on Monday for next day
delivery, unless special Saturday delivery
has been arranged, as long as all items on
order are in stock
- No claim will be entertained once goods
have been opened or have been used in any
way.
- No returns will be made without prior
notice or arrangement.
No refund will be given on postage and
packaging.
- The Purchase is not allowed by any Persons

- Aerosol Purchase on this site is intended
only for persons over the age of 16.
Age verification is required at the
registration process.
- If We discover or have any reason to
suspect that you are not over 16 years of
age, we reserve our right to cancel your
order without notice or we may ask for
further verification measures to ensure
you are over the legal age to purchase
aerosols via this site.
- If you access our site and purchase
aerosols you will be deemed to be above
the legal age of 16

THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE

We cannot replace items due to accidental damage or
incorrect sizing. All faulty items must be
returned within 7 days.
- Your
right to a 7 working day cooling off
period, to notify us in writing, if you
wish to cancel the order and return the
goods.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, please notify us in writing or
by telephone within seven working days
after date of delivery and return to us
with the original packaging and in a
saleable condition.
- We will provide you with a full refund within 30
days of receiving the goods.
- Please note, items can only be returned if
faulty, unless Sale or Return has been
agreed.
- We must be notified of faulty items within 7 days
of receiving faulty goods & have them
returned to us within 7 days of your
notification.
- Your statutory rights are unaffected by the
terms of any contract.
